At Helia Honey, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you to provide a personalized, elevated luxury experience. Because mobile appointments require travel preparation and reserved service time, 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
A valid card on file and 20% deposit are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or choosing not to proceed with the service upon arrival. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
